Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Yeshivat Shaarei Talmud. Donations help support our school, students, programs, and educational mission.
General Donation Policy
Donations are generally considered final. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.
Refund requests may be reviewed in cases such as:
- Accidental duplicate donation
- Incorrect donation amount entered
- Unauthorized transaction
- Technical or processing error
- Recurring donation charged after a cancellation request was submitted in time
Refund Requests
To request a refund or correction, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include:
- Donor name
- Email used for the donation
- Donation date
- Donation amount
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Monthly Recurring Donation Cancellation
Monthly donors may cancel future recurring donations at any time by contacting us at:

Please submit cancellation requests at least 5 business days before the next scheduled charge.
Canceling a recurring donation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past donations.
Processing Fees
If a refund is approved, payment processing fees may not always be refundable, depending on the payment processor's policies.
