Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions to Yeshivat Shaarei Talmud. Donations may be made as one-time gifts or recurring monthly gifts, depending on the option selected by the donor.

By submitting a donation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method entered through Stripe Checkout.

Monthly Recurring Donations

By selecting a monthly recurring donation, you authorize Yeshivat Shaarei Talmud to charge your selected payment method every month in the amount you selected until you cancel.

You may cancel future recurring donations at any time by contacting us at office@ystalmud.org or 443-934-0719.

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 5 business days before the next scheduled charge to allow time for processing.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Yeshivat Shaarei Talmud does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account information on this website.

Tax-Deductible Contributions

Yeshivat Shaarei Talmud is a nonprofit organization. EIN: 42-2493563. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Unless otherwise stated, no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with the website's operation.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

Yeshivat Shaarei Talmud may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
